We haven't had much wind this summer, but we've had lots of time in the kitchen!

Spicy Summer Salsa

Ingredients:
Red jalapeños, onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, sugar, white vinegar, cumin, fresh mango (optional)

Preparation:
Remove seeds from jalapeños. Chop produce into large pieces. Combine all ingredients to taste in a food processor or blender. Once desired consistency is obtained, check for flavor and adjust seasonings. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Canning would be great also. Salsa needs a couple of days for the flavors to develop. Enjoy!
