New Orleans BBQ Shrimp


2 lbs shrimp (21/25 with heads)
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 tbsp fresh garlic
¾ c. olive oil
½ c. white wine
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp lemon pepper (or fresh lemon juice/black pepper)
1 tbsp dried oregano
4 tbsp rosemary
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
dash salt
¾ c. heavy cream


Make marinade. Mix well with shrimp. Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours but no more. Get shrimp out of marinade. Sauté in olive oil until pink. Add all of marinade. Bring to a boil. Add heavy cream. Plate as soon as cream comes to a boil. Serve with Fresh French Bread for dipping.
