Asian Chicken Soup


3 cups chicken stock
3 cups water
½ of cooked chicken from stock
¼ cup Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 package ramen noodles
4 green onions, chopped
¼ white onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
3 roma tomatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
5 shiitake mushrooms, sliced.
Salt and pepper to taste


Bring stock and water to a boil. Add all ingredients except for chicken and ramen noodles. Return to boil, then reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Add chicken and simmer another 10 minutes. Add ramen noodles, salt and pepper to taste, and simmer 3 minutes more.
