Salmon Scrambled Eggs


4 eggs
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp dill
¼ cup green onions, sliced on diagonal
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter
8 oz salmon
1 oz shredded cheese of choice
dash salt

Beat eggs.Add milk, dill, pepper, and salt. Beat well. Melt butter. Add onions. Cook 2-3 minutes at medium heat. Add egg mix. Gently stir in salmon and cook until eggs are set but still moist, stirring constantly. Sprinkle cheese over eggs. Cook 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
