Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients: 

Soy Vay All Natural Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
Wild Caught Salmon Fillets

Preparation: 

Place salmon fillets in large bowl. Pour enough marinade over salmon to cover. Let salmon marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Set oven on broil. Pour a little olive, peanut, or sesame oil in a well seasoned cast iron pan with ridges. Place pan in oven and let heat for about 7 minutes. (Get it hot enough that salmon will sizzle when you put it in the pan) Broil salmon for about 5-7 minutes on each side depending on thickness of fillet and what temperature you like it. We like it about medium which usually takes about 10 minutes total. Place salmon on serving dish and drizzle the sauce from the pan over it.
