Black Bean and Mango Salad

Ingredients: 

2 cans black beans
1 large mango, diced
2 green onions, diced

To taste:
Red pepper flakes
Cumin
Garlic powder
Salt
Mango, pineapple, or Bolthouse Farms Orange-Passion-Guava juice

Preparation: 

Mix all ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. Best served fresh. Makes a great appetizer with blue corn tortilla chips or a side dish with fish tacos and BBQ chicken.
