We've been cooking just as much as ever, but haven't been taking photos of our creations. The focus in the kitchen this month as been getting back to more healthy dishes like salads, kale, swiss chard, and oh...grilled pizza! We've been making our own salad dressings, yogurt, mayonaise, and barbeque sauce. We are toying with the idea of buying a grain mill to start making our own flour and baking our own bread. Next in our culinary adventures: buying a quarter of a grass-fed cow from a local farm!
